1. Eligibility for Refund
   
   If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
   
   
2. Ineligible Refund Cases
   
   Refunds will not be issued if the refund request is based on dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching style.
   
   
3. Exceptions
   
   In some cases, exceptions to this refund policy may be granted at the sole discretion of Artinka, particularly in extenuating circumstances such as medical issues or unforeseen emergencies. Documentation may be required for these exceptions.
   
   In the case of dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching style, Artinka may issue a credit to be used on another course of equal or lesser value. 
   
   
4. Refund Request Process
   
   

   To request a refund or credit, please contact our customer service team at support@artinka.academy and include:

   * Your full name
   * Your email address associated with your login
   * The course title
   * The reason for your refund request

   Once your request is received, we will review your eligibility and respond within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

5. Modifications to Terms


   
   Artinka Academy may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

   
   
6. Governing Law
   
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Sydney, Australia.
